About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Business Intelligence (BI) professional with strong expertise in Tableau and SSRS to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in designing, developing, and maintaining BI solutions, with prior exposure to OBIEE reports and Agile delivery methodologies. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to high-impact reporting and analytics initiatives in a hybrid work environment.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau.
  • Work on SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) reports to support business reporting needs.
  • Leverage prior experience with OBIEE reports (minimum 150 reports exposure) for report migration, enhancement, and analysis.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions.
  • Perform data validation, troubleshooting, and ensure accuracy and consistency across reporting platforms.
  • Work in an Agile methodology environment, participating in sprints, stand-ups, and backlog refinement sessions.
  • Provide technical expertise in BI tools and recommend improvements to optimize reporting solutions.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Tableau with hands-on dashboard/report development.
  • Exposure to at least 150 OBIEE reports (migration, enhancement, or development).
  • Strong experience with SSRS report design and development.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodology and experience working in Agile teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills to interact with technical and business stakeholders.

Good to Have Skills

  • Experience in data warehousing and ETL concepts.
  • Knowledge of SQL for data extraction and transformation.
  • Exposure to additional BI tools and reporting platforms.
