Job Description We are on the lookout for a Business Development Executive to work with a leading digital advertising agency in Bengaluru Job Overview: The Business Development Executive is responsible for driving new business opportunities and expanding the agency's client base. This role involves identifying potential clients, pitching creative and digital marketing solutions, and building long-term relationships that contribute to the agency's growth. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and generate new business leads across industries for creative, digital, and integrated marketing services. - Develop and execute strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets. - Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline and track progress through the entire sales cycle. - Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client needs. - Collaborate with internal teams (strategy, creative, performance, social media) to craft customized solutions for prospects. - Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring profitability and client satisfaction. - Research market trends, competitor activities, and industry opportunities. - Maintain strong post-sales relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. - Represent the agency at industry events, networking meets, and conferences. - Provide regular reports and insights on sales performance and forecasts to senior management. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. - 1-4 years of experience in business development or sales within a digital marketing, creative, or advertising agency. - Strong understanding of digital marketing services (social media, SEO, paid ads, influencer marketing, web development, etc.). - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to identify client pain points and propose strategic solutions.
