- Lead and support SAP ECC FICO implementations, rollouts, and AMS activities, with exposure to S/4HANA Finance projects. - Configure and customize FI modules (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting) primarily in ECC, with understanding of S/4HANA differences. - Configure and support CO components including Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Profit Center Accounting, and COPA in ECC landscapes. - Conduct business requirement workshops and translate requirements into functional and technical specifications. - Ensure seamless integration of FICO with MM and SD processes across ECC and S/4HANA systems. - Handle month-end and year-end closing, reconciliations, and financial reporting mainly in ECC environments. - Support ECC to S/4HANA migration activities, including data readiness, testing, and validation. - Provide production support in AMS environments, managing critical issues and performing root-cause analysis. - Lead testing cycles (unit, integration, UAT) and support cutover and go-live activities. - Mentor junior consultants and act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders on FICO best practices.
