We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Fabric Sourcing Executive to strengthen our supply chain and ensure we always deliver the finest quality. Role Description - This is a part-time, WFH role for a Fabric Sourcing Specialist located in Delhi/Mumbai/Suart . - Source premium-quality fabrics (satin, modal, crepe, blends, etc.) aligned with Masaya Couture's design vision Negotiate fabric pricing, MOQs, and delivery terms Coordinate with the design team to ensure fabric meets seasonal requirements and aesthetic standards Manage sampling, swatches, and approvals for new collections Maintain strong vendor relations and develop new supplier networks Ensure timely procurement to meet production schedules Monitor quality at every stage of sourcing Qualifications - Proficiency in Procurement and Contract Negotiation - Strong Communication and Recruiting skills to connect with vendors and suppliers - Analytical Skills to evaluate fabric quality, cost, and supplier performance - Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to manage sourcing complexities - Bachelor's degree in Textile Management, Fashion Design, Supply Chain is a plus - Previous experience in fabric sourcing, procurement, or related roles is a plus - Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and meet deadlines
