Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Conduct presentations, product demos, and negotiations with decision-makers. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs. Work closely with the marketing and customer success teams to drive growth. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system. Qualifications & Skills: Fresher's or candidates with 6 Month of experience in sales, retail, or customer service Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong interest in home dcor or interior styling Bachelor's degree in any discipline Comfortable working in rotational shifts (6 days/week) Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics.
