What You'll Do: - Financial Operations:Manage and streamline day-to-day accounting functions, including invoicing, collections, and vendor management. - Global Coordination:Collaborate seamlessly with our accountants across overseas locations to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. - Audit & Compliance:Lead the end-to-end audit process, ensuring adherence to international accounting standards. - Strategic Insights:Develop and deliver monthly MIS reports, conduct margin analysis, and create sophisticated pricing models for our SaaS products. - Business Partnership:Actively contribute to business plans, support M&A due diligence, and assist with investor relations. - System Implementation:Spearhead the implementation of new financial systems and CRMs, like Zoho Finance, to drive efficiency and scalability. Who You Are: - A qualified finance professional (CA, CPA, MBA in Finance, or equivalent) with 5+ years of progressive experience, preferably in the software/SaaS industry. - Hands-on experience with international accounting standards and managing multi-location financial operations. - A strategic thinker with proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and SaaS pricing models. - Proactive and results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. - Tech-savvy, with experience implementing financial software systems. - An excellent communicator and collaborator, capable of building strong relationships across the organization. - Experience with M&A, due diligence, and investor relations is a significant plus.
