Job Description Role: Finance Manager - Location: Bangalore (Work from office) - Experience: 10+ years of experience in finance management, preferably in IT infrastructure or similar industries Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. - Professional qualifications such as CA, CMA, or CPA are advantageous. - 10+ years of experience in finance management, preferably in IT infrastructure or similar industries. - Strong knowledge of payroll, statutory compliance (PF, ESI, TDS, GST), and financial reporting. - Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills. - Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., Greytip, & Tally). Key Competencies - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines. - Knowledge of current tax laws and compliance standards. - Experience working with external auditors and regulatory bodies. - Strong business acumen with the ability to communicate financial information effectively to management. Leadership & Team Skills - Proven ability to lead and manage a finance team. - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and mentor team. - Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple responsibilities. - Experience in handling cross-regional teams and working with diverse team members. - Preference for candidates from Bangalore or Chennai with familiarity in South Indian work culture.
