Our Hyderabad office, located in one of Indias premier technology parks is the Global Capability Center for Flutter Entertainment. A center of expertise and innovation, this hub is now home to over 780+ employees working across Customer Service Operations, Data and Technology, Finance Operations, HR Operations, Procurement Operations, and other key enabling functions.

Overview Of The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Care Agent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sense of empathy, and a commitment to providing top-rate customer service. As a Customer Care Agent, you will be the frontline of our support team, assisting customers with their inquiries and ensuring a positive experience with our services.
KEY RESPONSIBILITES
- Respond to Customer Inquiries: Handle customer inquiries via email and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve Issues: Provide solutions to customer issues and escalate complex problems to higher-level support when necessary.
- Maintain Records: Accurately document customer interactions and issues in the companys system.
- Knowledge Sharing: Keep updated with product knowledge and service offerings to provide accurate information to customers.
- Follow Procedures: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in all interactions.
TO EXCEL IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE
Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in a customer support role,
Skills: -
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in English;
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle stressful situations with a calm and positive attitude.
