Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Business Development attributes with ability to Identify, qualify, and pursue new
business opportunities in target markets.
Identify, qualify, and pursue high-potential business opportunities across target markets.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients to drive
repeat and referral business.
Develop and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and pitch narratives tailored to
client needs.
Partner cross-functionally with Experience, Marketing, and Product teams to shape and
execute aligned go-to-market strategies.
Conduct in-depth market research and competitor benchmarking to influence strategic
decision-making.
Maintain an active pipeline, track sales performance, and ensure accurate forecasting
across all stages.
Represent the brand at key industry events, conferences, and forums to generate
visibility and new leads.
Deliver regular updates and insights to senior leadership on KPIs, revenue goals, and
strategic progress.
Drive internal alignment by communicating the status and impact of ongoing initiatives
to stakeholders.
Prepare detailed account reports highlighting performance, opportunities, and risk
areas.
ProfileQualifications, Experience & Competency:
Masters degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Sales, Concept Selling, Account Management,
or related business development roles.
Preferred background in entertainment, sponsorship, media, or advertising industries.
Strong proficiency in crafting and delivering high-impact presentations and proposals.
Exceptional attention to detail with a strong quality orientation.
Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative solutions and concepts.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a client-first mindset.
Results-driven, collaborative, and self-motivated professional with strong execution
capabilities

In-depth understanding of market dynamics and emerging trends
Confident in engaging and influencing senior and top-level management
