Responsibilities: - Configure, support, and optimize the SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Module to meet business and global recruiting needs. - Integrate SuccessFactors Recruiting with external career sites and complementary modules, ensuring seamless data flow and user experience. - Leverage AI features within SuccessFactors Recruiting to enhance candidate sourcing, screening, and selection processes. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze recruiting workflows, and implement system enhancements. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to recruiting processes, integrations, and user experience. - Maintain system documentation, configuration workbooks, and support release management activities. - Provide training and support to end users, recruiters, and HR partners on SuccessFactors Recruiting functionalities and best practices. - Monitor and report on recruiting metrics, system performance, and process improvements using analytics and reporting tools. - Stay current with SAP SuccessFactors releases, industry trends, and emerging technologies in talent acquisition. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business, or related field. - 4–8 years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, including at least 2 years configuring and supporting the Recruiting Module. - Deep understanding of the full recruiting cycle and its support within SuccessFactors. - Experience integrating SuccessFactors Recruiting with career sites and third-party modules. - Familiarity with AI-driven recruiting features and their practical application in talent acquisition. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. - Experience with system configuration, workflow customization, and business rule development in SuccessFactors. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to work in a global, cross-functional team environment. - SAP SuccessFactors certification in Recruiting or related modules is preferred. - Experience with Agile methodology and project management tools (e.g., JIRA) is a plus.
