Operating in 180+ countries, we design and deliver people-first solutions powered by cloud-based technology – helping organizations grow and enabling workforces to perform at their best.Learn more at www.Stradaglobal.ComRole: SuccessFactors ConsultantResponsibilities : Minimum 5 years of experience on SuccessFactors Implementation projectsCertification in PMGM, Succession, ONB/RCM module of SuccessFactors is preferred.Experience with handling customers and communicate with them well.Experience in configuration of PMGM, Succession, ONB/RCM and Analytics etc.Ability to create MDF objects, Business Rules and Workflows for various scenarios.SuccessFactors Analytics / ORD / Adhoc Reports experience.Experience of any other SuccessFactors modules is an added advantage.Good business knowledge of various HR processes and Talent management processes.Must be able to translate client business needs to technical business requirements. Must possess strong analytical skills.Ability to confidently articulate information identified for delivery to the client.Must have good documentation skills and should be able to work in global environment.Ability to work on multiple projects same time and flexibility to handle the customers from different time zones.Experience defining, implementing, and supporting business processes.Good understanding of incident management and change management.Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely.Experience with data migration and data management activities in SFExperience defining, implementing, and supporting HCM business processes.Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and problem-solving skillsAble to work independently and with others; self-directed; take initiative to solve problems and overcome roadblocks.
