About Jetpac Jetpac from Circles is here to flip the Travel Universe upside down We grew 10x last year reaching customers in 150 countries in 10 languages and currencies We re rebels and misfits who take ownership lead with hustle and never settle If you ve got the guts the smarts and the creativity read on Job Overview We re looking for a Social Media Lead who will own Jetpac s social presence end-to-end managing strategy execution and growth across all key channels Instagram Facebook and emerging platforms This role is equal parts content creator community builder and brand guardian You ll be responsible not only for day-to-day social publishing and campaigns but also for designing a future-forward social media strategy which would involve working with stakeholders who can amplify Jetpac s brand across markets Key Responsibilities Social Media Management Develop and own a long-term social media roadmap aligning with Jetpac s global growth plans Plan publish and manage daily content while driving engagement and community growth Experiment with social commerce live streams and new interactive formats Monitor performance reach engagement sentiment and optimize in real time Content Campaigns Collaborate with design creative teams to produce social-first content reels posts stories Spot cultural and travel trends early and adapt them into Jetpac s voice Launch and manage campaigns across platforms audiences and geos Identify and scale new growth opportunities Partner with the performance marketing team to integrate organic paid strategies for maximum reach Data Insights Define and track KPIs across the funnel with regular reports and actionable insights Present learnings experiments and recommendations to leadership Translate data into clear insights and growth strategies Requirements 4-5 years of hands-on experience managing social media for a tech startup or high growth DTC brand or agency Strong track record of running multi-channel campaigns Instagram Facebook Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills with a flair for trends and culture Proficiency with analytics and social tools GA4 Looker Sprout Hootsuite or similar Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced high-growth startup environment Desired Skills Platform Expertise - Deep knowledge of Instagram Facebook and emerging platforms as and when expanded to Content Trend Savvy - Strong storytelling copywriting and ability to spot adapt cultural and travel trends Data-Driven Mindset - Comfortable with KPIs analytics tools and turning insights into action Collaboration Agility - Strong cross-functional skills and ability to thrive in a fast- paced startup What We Offer 1 Competitive salary and excellent performance-based incentives 2 Comprehensive benefits package including health dental and vision coverage 3 Flexible work arrangements with remote or hybrid options 4 Opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative global team 5 Career growth and professional development opportunities
