Visual Design - Design visually compelling graphics, illustrations, layouts, and multimedia content for print, digital, and multimedia platforms. - Ensure designs are aligned with brand guidelines and effectively communicate the intended message to the target audience. Content Creation - Develop written content, including copywriting, storytelling, and messaging, that complements visual elements and reinforces brand narratives. - Adapt content for different mediums and platforms, maintaining consistency in tone, style, and messaging. Multimedia Production - Produce multimedia content, including videos, animations, and interactive experiences, to enhance communication effectiveness and engagement. - Collaborate with videographers, animators, and other multimedia specialists to bring concepts to life. Campaign Execution - Execute integrated communication campaigns across multiple channels, including print, digital, social media, email, and events. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment with overall marketing strategies. Strategic Planning - Contribute to communication strategy development, providing insights and recommendations based on industry trends, audience insights, and best practices. - Stay informed about emerging communication trends, technologies, and platforms to drive innovation and creativity. Requirements - Proven experience as a Communication Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects. - Proficiency in graphic design software. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas effectively and persuasively. - Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and conceptually. - Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory. - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
