Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Communication Designer, based in Gurgaon. The Communication Designer will be responsible for developing compelling visual communication assets, designing creative materials for branding and marketing campaigns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet design objectives. Additional responsibilities include conceptualizing designs, maintaining brand consistency, and ensuring the quality of the visual content aligns with company standards. Qualifications - Strong graphic design skills, including proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign) - Experience in visual storytelling, brand design, and content creation for marketing campaigns - Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout design principles - Ability to conceptualize creative ideas and manage multiple projects simultaneously - Collaborative mindset with excellent communication and teamwork skills - Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines effectively - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, or a related field - Familiarity with sustainable design practices or experience in interior design is a plus
