If you thrive in a creative, fast-paced environment and have a passion for design, we want to hear from you Job Title: Communication Designer Location: Gurgaon (Work from office) Days: 5.5 days(2nd & 4th sat working) Job Type: Full-time Job Description1. Creative Design - Conceptualize and create visually compelling and brand-aligned designs. - Develop cohesive design themes, layouts, templates, and visual systems for various media. 2. Moodboarding & Conceptualization - Create mood boards to communicate design direction and tone. - Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop strong creative concepts. 3. Design Research & Collaboration - Stay updated with design trends and benchmark against industry best practices. - Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to ensure effective creative communication. 4. Presentation & Motion Design - Design high-quality, visually engaging PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Keynote presentations. - Create animations and motion graphics to enhance storytelling and presentation impact. 5. Design Quality Assurance - Maintain consistency in color theory, typography, iconography, and visual language. - Conduct quality checks to ensure all deliverables meet INK PPT's creative standards. 6. Training & Leadership - Guide and mentor junior designers and external creative partners. - Share knowledge and best practices to elevate overall design quality. 7. Client Interaction - Understand and interpret client requirements, brand guidelines, and project expectations. - Communicate effectively through emails, virtual meetings, and in-office discussions. 8. Workflow & File Management - Ensure design files are properly organized and delivered in required formats. - Demonstrate strong familiarity with file types, workflows, and design processes. Tools & Platforms Design Tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and SaaS-based design platforms Presentation Tools: PowerPoint, Google Slides, Keynote Office Tools: MS Office Suite Motion Tools: After Effects, Premiere Pro (preferred) Expected Deliverables - Print Collaterals: Brochures, reports, flyers, brand guidelines - Web UI/UX Design: Interface and experience design for web or digital platforms - Digital Creatives: Social media assets, website banners, campaign visuals - Presentation Design: High-quality, impactful decks in PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Keynote - Animations & Motion Graphics: Engaging visual stories and animated assets
