Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive, based in Pune. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, managing accounts, and developing comprehensive business strategies. Day-to-day tasks include researching potential clients, communicating with stakeholders, and maintaining relationships with existing customers to drive business growth. Qualifications - Skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation - Experience in Account Management and Business strategy development - Strong Communication skills - Proven track record in achieving sales targets and building client relationships - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - Ability to work onsite in Pune Key Responsibilities: - Understand job requirements and create compelling job descriptions. - Source candidates through various channels including job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and employee referrals. - Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews to assess candidate fit. - Coordinate technical interviews and follow up with hiring managers. - Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings. - Manage candidate experience throughout the hiring process with professional communication. - Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment reports. - Work closely with hiring teams to understand hiring needs and deliver quality hires on time. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, IT, or a related field. - 1 year of experience in IT recruitment (either agency or in-house). - Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies (e.g., Java, Python, DevOps, Cloud, etc.). - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Familiarity with sourcing tools (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, GitHub). - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. - Team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
