If you're ready to make a significant impact and help shape the future of identity security, Saviynt is the place for you WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR - Saviynt is seeking a Technical Lead to collaborate with partners and practitioners in architecting, designing, and building its leading Identity Governance (IGA) solution tailored to customer requirements. As an expert in implementing Identity Governance solutions, the IAM Technical Lead will primarily be responsible for providing technical guidance and support to ensure successful delivery of the Saviynt solution in line with customer needs WHAT YOU WILL DOING - Collaborate closely with partners to drive successful solution delivery - Host and lead technical enablement sessions for partners and customers to showcase and train them on Saviynt's product offerings - Serve as a trusted technical advisor by responding to partner and custom queries and how to questions in Saviynt Forums and office hour sessions - Build innovative solutions by collaborating closely with partners - Perform architecture reviews and provide feedback to help customer/partners avoid configuration/implementation issues - Conduct go-live readiness reviews with partner practitioners and help resolve any blockers - Guide support teams on complex issues and work closely to document RCAs/Observations - Work closely with the Saviynt product team to understand the new features and conduct internal as well external enablement workshops - Resolve technical issues through debugging, research, and investigation - Technical pre-sales support for direct and partner sales teams - Build AI-powered solutions, tools, and accelerators that support Saviynt implementers WHAT YOU BRING - Identity and Access Management domain knowledge is a must - Bachelor's/ equivalent in Engineering - Experience in building AI-based solutions - 6+ years of industry experience in design, development, customization, configuration, deployment of any Identity Management and Governance products - Knowledge of Web Services such as REST and SOAP - Knowledge of programing language such as Java/J2EE, python and strong SQL knowledge - Experience in Power shell and unix scripting - Strong technical presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written - Thorough domain knowledge on the below areas of IGA - User Lifecycle Management, Provisioning, and Reconciliation - Auditing, Reporting and user activity Monitoring - Access Certification - SOD - Password management - Cloud Security - Knowledge of Web Services (REST/SOAP), Directories, etc - Direct customer and partner interaction and management skills - Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, high energy environment - Ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and maintain a positive attitude
