In-Store Customer Handling Greet and assist walk-in customers professionally and warmly. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products based on design, usage, and budget. Demonstrate product features such as finishes, durability, water flow, warranty, and installation requirements. Maintain a neat and organized display of bathroom fittings, sanitaryware, and related accessories. 2. Product Knowledge & Demonstration Acquire thorough knowledge of the store’s product range, brands, technical specifications, and pricing. Explain product advantages, comparisons, and compatibility with plumbing or design trends. Stay up to date with new arrivals and updates from suppliers or manufacturers. Provide catalogs, samples, or digital images to aid customer decision-making. 3. Billing & Order Coordination Assist with preparing quotations, order forms, and tax invoices. Coordinate with warehouse or supply team to ensure product availability and timely delivery. Track payments, delivery timelines, and customer feedback after the sale. Maintain accurate sales records, billing data, and follow-up logs. 4. Market Scouting & Outdoor Marketing Travel locally to identify and visit potential customers including builders, interior designers, architects, and contractors. Build relationships with construction professionals and pitch the store's product offerings. Distribute brochures, catalogs, and promotional materials in high-potential areas (e.g., new apartment projects or construction sites). Gather local market intelligence including competitor activity, demand trends, and customer preferences. 5. Marketing Support Assist with in-store promotions, product displays, and mini events or exhibitions. Collaborate with the marketing team to implement campaigns in the store or surrounding areas. Capture customer testimonials, photographs, or videos for social media and digital promotion (if applicable). 6. Client Follow-ups & After-Sales Support Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and pending decisions. Ensure smooth post-sale communication, especially in case of delivery, installation support, or warranty issues. Maintain strong long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.Required Skills & Competencies: Customer-facing experience – Ability to interact confidently with walk-in customers. Sales mindset – Must be goal-driven, persuasive, and eager to close deals. Product presentation skills – Ability to highlight luxury features and quality details effectively. Local market knowledge – Familiarity with local builders, designers, and new construction sites is a plus. Communication skills – Clear and courteous verbal communication in English and local language. Basic computer knowledge – Able to use billing software, email, WhatsApp, and Excel.
