👤 Reports To: Supply Chain Manager / Head of Planning

Are you a strategic thinker who thrives at the intersection of data, forecasting, and supply chain optimization? We’re looking for a Demand/Supply Planner to join our global team and help drive accurate demand forecasting, optimized inventory, and seamless supply chain execution.

This role is a key contributor to our S&OP process, working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to ensure demand plans support our strategic business goals.

🔍 What You’ll Do

- Build and maintain accurate demand forecasts using statistical models, historical data, and market insights
- Lead monthly forecast review meetings and drive consensus across business functions
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (vendors, suppliers) to align supply and demand
- Monitor and analyze forecast accuracy, identify root causes for variances, and drive continuous improvement
- Manage supply planning activities to ensure product availability while minimizing excess inventory
- Leverage ERP and planning tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis) to create data-driven, actionable plans
- Support new product launches, promotions, and seasonal planning with agile forecasting

✅ What We’re Looking For

- 5+ years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain, or Operations (manufacturing/electronics a plus)
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or related field
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in forecasting tools and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Excellent communicator and cross-functional collaborator
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with global teams and time zones
