Reports To: Supply Chain Manager / Head of Planning Are you a strategic thinker who thrives at the intersection of data, forecasting, and supply chain optimization? We’re looking for a Demand/Supply Planner to join our global team and help drive accurate demand forecasting, optimized inventory, and seamless supply chain execution. This role is a key contributor to our S&OP process , working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to ensure demand plans support our strategic business goals. ???? What You’ll Do Build and maintain accurate demand forecasts using statistical models, historical data, and market insights Lead monthly forecast review meetings and drive consensus across business functions Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (vendors, suppliers) to align supply and demand Monitor and analyze forecast accuracy, identify root causes for variances, and drive continuous improvement Manage supply planning activities to ensure product availability while minimizing excess inventory Leverage ERP and planning tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis) to create data-driven, actionable plans Support new product launches, promotions, and seasonal planning with agile forecasting ✅ What We’re Looking For 5+ years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain, or Operations (manufacturing/electronics a plus) Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or related field Strong analytical skills and proficiency in forecasting tools and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) Excellent communicator and cross-functional collaborator Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience working with global teams and time zones Ready to make an impact in a truly global supply chain environment? ????
