Overview Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and experienced SAFe Program Manager to lead the successful implementation of our large-scale agile initiatives using the Scaled Agile Framework SAFe at symplr The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAFe principles and practices excellent leadership and communication skills and a proven track record of driving complex programs to successful outcomes Duties Responsibilities Program Leadership Lead and guide the implementation of multiple Agile Release Trains ARTs to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives Collaboration Foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork among Agile teams Scrum Masters Product Owners and other stakeholders involved in the program Communication Facilitate effective communication and information sharing across teams ensuring transparency and clarity in program goals progress and challenges Risk Management Identify assess and proactively manage program-level risks issues and impediments taking appropriate actions to mitigate their impact Continuous Improvement Drive a culture of continuous improvement by identifying areas for enhancement in processes practices and workflows across the program Metrics and Reporting Establish relevant metrics and reporting mechanisms to track program progress measure success and make informed decisions Stakeholder Management Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at various levels ensuring their engagement and support throughout the program lifecycle Adherence to SAFe Ensure that SAFe principles methodologies and best practices are followed consistently across the program Skills Required Bachelor s degree in a Computer Science A SAFe certification is preferred Experience Max 10 years of experience 5 years of experience in program management with a significant portion focused on leading and implementing agile initiatives using the SAFe framework Strong understanding of agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban Proven leadership skills with the ability to lead inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve program objectives
