Job Description

We are seeking an accomplished professional to lead finishing and interior fit-out works for high-end residential, hospitality, commercial, and mixed-use developments. This is a senior leadership role focused on quality delivery, cost optimization, and client satisfaction, with responsibility for managing projects from design through to handover.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong track record of delivering luxury real estate projects, driving innovation in materials and execution methods, and mentoring high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee finishing and fit-out activities from pre-construction to completion.
- Ensure compliance with specifications, design standards, and brand guidelines.
- Ensure timely delivery while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Develop and monitor project budgets, timelines, and progress reports.
- Identify risks and implement corrective actions to maintain cost and schedule discipline.
- Partner with procurement teams to introduce innovative, cost-effective, and sustainable materials.
- Represent the company in client and consultant meetings, ensuring strong relationship management.
- Lead, mentor, and upskill project teams, site staff, and vendor partners.
- Build a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering (required) PG in Construction/Project Management preferred.
- At least 15+ years experience delivering large-scale, luxury real estate projects, with proven expertise in finishing, fit-out, and vendor development.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in team training and capability building.
- Technical proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and MS Office Suite.
