Luxury Interior Designer Specialist

Tahiliani Homes is a boutique interior and architectural team led by a renowned design house with over 25 years of experience.
- We offer services in interiors, architecture, build-to-suit property solutions, turnkey projects, and redevelopments for residential and commercial spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of client needs, preferences, and lifestyle to create customized design concepts.
- Create comprehensive design concepts, mood boards, and colour palettes that align with the client's vision.
- Plan and manage spatial layouts effectively.
- Select and source materials and finishes efficiently.
- Effectively manage project schedules, budgets, and timelines while addressing any challenges that may arise.
- Utilize design software to create 2D and 3D visualizations for client presentations.
- Prepare clear and concise presentations articulating design concepts and ideas.
- Collaborate closely with internal and external teams, including architects, contractors, and suppliers, to ensure seamless project execution.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in luxury interior design with a proven portfolio of successful projects.
- Demonstrate expertise in space planning and architecture.
- Show proficiency in construction drawings.
- Have knowledge of interior design and FF&E.
- Demonstrate creativity in designing innovative spaces.
- Exhibit strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Be proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant design software.
- Effective communication and presentation skills are essential.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field is required.
- A network of industry contacts and resources is advantageous.
