Customer Care Executive

As a Customer Care Executive in the logistics industry you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients addressing their inquiries resolving issues and ensuring overall customer satisfaction You will serve as the primary point of contact between the company and its clients representing our brand with professionalism and courtesy Responsibilities Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via phone email and other communication channels Provide accurate information about company products services pricing and policies to customers Assist customers with tracking shipments resolving delivery issues and providing status updates Handle complaints and concerns from customers in a calm and professional manner aiming to resolve issues to their satisfaction Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department for further investigation and resolution Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system Coordinate with other departments such as operations and logistics to ensure timely and efficient resolution of customer issues Follow up with customers to ensure that their concerns have been addressed and resolved satisfactorily Identify opportunities for process improvements or enhancements to enhance the overall customer experience Stay up-to-date with company policies procedures and industry trends to provide accurate information and assistance to customers Job Type Full-time Pay 8 000 00 - 10 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Supplemental Pay Performance bonus Quarterly bonus Yearly bonus Work Location In person
