Job Requirements:
Position: General Manager - Sales & Marketing
Industry: Oil & Gas
Work Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in retail sales
Location: Mumbai
CTC: As per Industry Standards
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and achieve aggressive sales targets.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire cross-functional sales and marketing teams. Act as a key liaison between executive leadership and on-ground teams to ensure strategic alignment and execution.
- Market Growth: Identify new business opportunities, key market segments, and innovative sales strategies to expand market share.
- Sales Performance: Monitor and analyze sales data to forecast trends, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective solutions to boost revenue.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners, distributors, and clients to ensure a robust and effective sales network.
- Brand & Product Management: Oversee marketing initiatives to strengthen the PENSOL brand, launch new products, and create compelling marketing campaigns.
- Budgeting: Develop and manage departmental budgets with a focus on ROI, resource optimization, and operational efficiency.
Skills Required:
- Proven leadership capabilities with experience leading high-performing teams.
- Demonstrated track record of driving sales growth and meeting strategic business objectives.
- Excellent communication skills verbal and written.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex strategies clearly.
- High Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other business intelligence tools for data visualization and analysis.
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset.
