Key Responsibilities 1 Site Supervision Execution Oversee the erection of PEB structures including columns rafters purlins bracings and sheeting Ensure that all construction activities are done as per drawings specifications and safety standards Manage daily site operations and coordinate between contractors workers and subcontractors 2 Planning Coordination Coordinate with design procurement and project management teams to ensure smooth material flow Prepare and manage daily and weekly work schedules Ensure timely availability of materials tools and equipment 3 Quality Assurance Control Inspect and verify structural alignment bolt tightening welding and sheeting works Implement and monitor quality control procedures Ensure adherence to PEB construction standards IS codes AISC etc 4 Safety Management Enforce strict health and safety compliance on-site Conduct toolbox talks and safety drills Monitor use of PPE and safety harnesses during high-elevation work 5 Documentation Reporting Maintain Daily Progress Reports DPRs and send updates to project management Document any deviations delays or rework requirements Ensure proper handover and closeout documentation upon project completion 6 Problem Solving Decision Making Identify and resolve technical issues on-site like misalignments missing parts etc Coordinate with the design team in case of drawing changes or clarifications 7 Team Leadership Supervise junior engineers site supervisors and labor teams Allocate responsibilities and ensure optimal productivity Mentor and train junior staff on PEB erection techniques Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 35 000 00 - 65 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Health insurance Leave encashment Paid sick time Provident Fund Ability to commute relocate Jamshedpur Jharkhand Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Preferred Willingness to travel 25 Preferred Work Location In person
