Some careers shine brighter than others If you re looking for a career that will help you stand out join HSBC and fulfil your potential Whether you want a career that could take you to the top or simply take you in an exciting new direction HSBC offers opportunities support and rewards that will take you further HSBC is one of the largest banking and financial services organisations in the world with operations in 64 countries and territories We aim to be where the growth is enabling businesses to thrive and economies to prosper and ultimately helping people to fulfil their hopes and realise their ambitions We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist In this role you will be To utilise your in-depth knowledge of ETF ATM Switch technologies and related products e g Base24 SmartVista Postilion Tango or similar to contribute to the design implementation end to end testing support and maintenance of our ATM Switch systems Conduct comprehensive testing to ensure functionality and performance of all systems and applications Monitoring of servers scheduled jobs logs and setting alert mechanism for ensuring uninterrupted end user services Participate in software solutioning designing for new feature development switch migration To provide support and maintenance for production live services Investigate and resolve complex technical issues collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth operations of the ATM switch systems Stay up-to date with industry trends emerging technologies and best practices in ATM Switch technology and financial services Create and maintain detailed documentation on SharePoint Confluence Certification testing and co-ordinating with vendors and or card schemes Should able to lead the project end to end and team To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements 8 to 10 years of relevant experience with focus on ETF ATM Switch technology and products like Base24 SmartVista Tango Postilion or similar Preferably BPC SmartVista Well-versed with payment technology card network specifications and debit card management systems Well-versed with EMV Contact Contactless VISA Mastercard Issuing Acquiring and scheme compliance requirements Strong knowledge and experience on Unix shell scripting and SQL Hands on experience with Simulators like MasterCard Visa FINSIM BOSS etc Preferred to have working on any automation testing tools like Ascert Versatest etc Experience like DBMS like Oracle SQL PostgreSQL etc Should be well versed with ISO 8583 standard Preferred to have knowledge on PCI-DSS and PA-DSS compliance requirements Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in team and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Commitment to staying updated on industry trends and technologies to drive innovation and improvements in ATM Switch systems Relevant certifications on ATM Switch technology and software development are a plus You ll achieve more when you join HSBC HSBC is committed to building a culture where all employees are valued respected and opinions count We take pride in providing a workplace that fosters continuous professional development flexible working and opportunities to grow within an inclusive and diverse environment Personal data held by the Bank relating to employment applications will be used in accordance with our Privacy Statement which is available on our website Issued by - HSBC Software Development India
