Role Summary

Yulu is looking for a talented Lead Product Designer to craft exceptional user experiences across our platforms, including mobile and web applications. You will play a key role in shaping the future of micro-mobility by designing intuitive, user-friendly, and impactful solutions that enhance the way people move in urban spaces.

As a Lead Product Designer, you will be responsible for researching, conceptualising, designing, and prototyping innovative user experiences that align with Yulu's mission and product goals.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints while delivering pixel-perfect, scalable designs.

- You have 5+ years of hands-on experience in product design, specifically for mobile and web platforms, with a strong portfolio of shipped products.

What you'll do

- You will take full ownership of your work, ensuring every detail is meticulously crafted from initial sketches to high-fidelity final designs.
- You will move fast to generate multiple concepts and prototypes, knowing when to explore further and when to pivot to a new approach based on user testing and feedback.
- You will collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to align design strategies with business goals and technical feasibility.
- You will consider existing insights, technical constraints, business needs, and platform demands to create informed, data-driven solutions.
- You will mentor junior designers, providing feedback and fostering a collaborative, high-performing design culture
