About The Role

We are looking for a Lead Product Designer to drive design quality across core product experiences. You will take ownership of end-to-end design processes, lead feature development, and mentor designers, ensuring that every solution meets the highest standard of craft and usability.

What You'll Do

- Own design direction for multiple product charters.
- Conduct research immersions and translate insights into product frameworks.
- Deliver high-quality design outputs that raise the craft bar for the team.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align on priorities.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers.
- Contribute to and evolve the design system for scalability and consistency.

What We're Looking For

- 57 years of product design experience in B2C technology companies.
- Strong craft in visual design, interaction design, and prototyping.
- Proven ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive user experiences.
- Experience leading design within cross-functional teams.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating execution excellence.
