Role & Responsibilities:
We are looking to hireHR Business Partner (HRBP)for Hiring Pickers and Packers who will be responsible for supporting recruitment strategies, workforce planning and talent acquisition for pickers and packers within the company's warehouse or distribution operations. The HRBP will work closely with line managers and the HR team to ensure a smooth, efficient, and effective hiring process while contributing to employee engagement, retention, and organizational growth.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and assist in sourcing, recruiting, and selecting candidates for picker and packer positions.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract a high volume of candidates for hourly positions.
- Conduct interviews, screen resumes, and manage the selection process to ensure timely hires.
- Collaborate with staffing agencies, job boards, and other external resources for sourcing candidates.
- Ensure a strong pipeline of candidates for pickers and packers to meet seasonal or operational demand.
- Collaborate with the operations team to anticipate staffing needs, adjust workforce schedules, and manage labor costs effectively.
- Ensure a balanced workload, optimize staffing levels, and prevent overstaffing or understaffing during peak or off-peak periods.
