Skills and Qualifications:

- BTech with an MBA/PGDM.
- 15+ years’ experience in the cement industry is highly preferred.
- Willingness to travel within India and internationally.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in presentation and public speaking, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including project financial analysis and strategic consulting.
