Roles & Responsibilities:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Delivery Head to lead the management, execution, and delivery of IT services in the airline domain. This senior leadership position will be responsible for driving delivery excellence, ensuring client satisfaction, and leading a diverse team of IT professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage all aspects of the delivery lifecycle for IT services within the airline domain, from planning and execution to delivery and post-delivery support.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to define clear delivery goals, timelines, and expectations.
- Oversee the planning and execution of large-scale IT projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and business needs.
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery, quality assurance, and service excellence.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including airline clients, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring open communication and alignment.
- Ensure timely delivery of services and projects, meeting cost, scope, and quality targets.
- Mentor and guide delivery teams, providing leadership, support, and direction to ensure high performance and professional development.
- Identify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing issues that may impact project success.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.

Key Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in IT delivery management, with at least 5 years of leadership experience in the airline domain or related industries (e.g., travel, transportation).
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering large-scale IT projects on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
- Ability to manage client expectations and build strong, long-term relationships.
- PMP, ITIL, or other relevant certifications are a plus
