Delivery Services team by overseeing staffing resource allocation team deliverables and project financials Lead and motivate a team to analyze data and remediate data issues Build AI models review documents and assess accuracy Configure workflow to automate the pre-signature contract lifecycle Responsibilities Project Planning Execution Strong project management skills including the ability to Experience in AI Data Projects A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a leadership role overseeing Contract and AI-related projects including data remediation generative AI model development and document review Workflow Automation Configuration At least 3 years of experience in analyzing and configuring workflows to automate complex processes particularly in a contracting or business process context This includes capturing business and technical requirements designing workflows and testing solutions Externally-facing Projects 5 years of experience delivering services to external stakeholders Other Qualifications Team Leadership At least 3 years of experience leading and managing a multidisciplinary team of 10 or more employees This includes providing guidance delegating tasks motivating team members and resolving conflicts to ensure project success and team morale Project Management A minimum of 3 years of proven project management experience specifically in a context with variable timelines and multiple concurrent projects The ideal candidate should be skilled in resource allocation project planning and stakeholder communication A Project Management Professional PMP
