Now, we're launching our state-of-the-art Skin, Hair, Body & Laser Clinic, and we're looking for a key partner. We're seeking an experienced Consultant Dermatologist with a passion for cutting-edge technology to help build this venture from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to grow professionally and financially with a company on the fast track. About the Role You will deliver advanced aesthetic treatments under the supervision of certified dermatologists. You'll ensure client satisfaction through professional service, adherence to protocols, and empathetic care. Responsibilities - Perform skin treatments including chemical peels, microdermabrasion, laser hair removal, and facials - Assist dermatologists during procedures and consultations - Maintain accurate client records and treatment logs - Educate clients on post-treatment care and skincare routines - Ensure hygiene and sterilization of equipment and treatment areas - Manage appointment scheduling and follow-ups - Upsell relevant services and products based on client needs - Participate in training programs and stay updated on new technologies Qualifications - Diploma or certification in cosmetology, aesthetics, or skin therapy - Minimum 12 years of experience in a clinical or aesthetic setup - Familiarity with laser devices and dermatological equipment - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Attention to detail and commitment to client safety Preferred Skills - Experience with HydraFacial, Q-switched laser, and RF treatments - Knowledge of skin types and common dermatological concerns - Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment - Fluency in English and local language Reports To: Clinic Manager / Dermatologist Work Location: Raghuvanahalli, Kanakapura Main Road Bengaluru.
