Job Description We are looking for an experienced Technical Full Stack Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of complex software solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise across front-end and back-end technologies, strong architectural skills, and the ability to lead a team of developers while collaborating closely with product, design, and QA teams. Key Responsibilities - Lead the full stack development team in designing, developing, and deploying scalable web applications. - Architect, develop, and maintain robust backend systems using modern server-side technologies. - Design responsive, user-friendly front-end interfaces using modern frameworks and best practices. - Ensure high code quality through code reviews, mentoring, and enforcing development standards. - Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and stakeholders to define technical requirements and translate them into scalable solutions. - Drive technical decisions, including selection of frameworks, libraries, and architecture patterns. - Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks. - Enforce security best practices across the application stack. - Stay updated with emerging technologies and evaluate their applicability to current and future projects. - Mentor junior and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of learning and technical excellence. - Contribute to documentation, technical specifications, and architecture diagrams. Requirements - 8 to 10 years of experience in full stack development with a strong technical leadership background. - Proven experience in front-end technologies such as Angular, React, Vue.js, or similar. - Strong back-end development experience with Node.js, Java, .NET, Python, or similar technologies. - Experience with relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis). - Expertise in designing RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture. - Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP. - Strong understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). - Knowledge of application security best practices and authentication mechanisms. - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex technical challenges. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams. - Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments. Preferred / Plus Skills - Exposure to AI/ML integration in applications. - Familiarity with performance optimization and scalability strategies. - Experience with serverless architectures. - Prior experience leading geographically distributed teams. - Certification in cloud or full stack development (AWS Certified Developer, Microsoft Certified, etc (ref:hirist.tech)
