We are looking for an experienced Technical Full Stack Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of complex software solutions.The ideal candidate will have expertise across front-end and back-end technologies, strong architectural skills, and the ability to lead a team of developers while collaborating closely with product, design, and QA teams.Key Responsibilities :- Lead the full stack development team in designing, developing, and deploying scalable web applications.- Architect, develop, and maintain robust backend systems using modern server-side technologies.- Design responsive, user-friendly front-end interfaces using modern frameworks and best practices.- Ensure high code quality through code reviews, mentoring, and enforcing development standards.- Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and stakeholders to define technical requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.- Drive technical decisions, including selection of frameworks, libraries, and architecture patterns.- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks.- Enforce security best practices across the application stack.- Stay updated with emerging technologies and evaluate their applicability to current and future projects.- Mentor junior and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of learning and technical excellence.- Contribute to documentation, technical specifications, and architecture diagrams.Requirements :- 8 to 10 years of experience in full stack development with a strong technical leadership background.- Proven experience in front-end technologies such as Angular, React, Vue.js, or similar.- Strong back-end development experience with Node.js, Java, .NET, Python, or similar technologies.- Experience with relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis).- Expertise in designing RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture.- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.- Strong understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).- Knowledge of application security best practices and authentication mechanisms.- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex technical challenges.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams.- Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments.Preferred / Plus Skills :- Exposure to AI/ML integration in applications.- Familiarity with performance optimization and scalability strategies.- Experience with serverless architectures.- Prior experience leading geographically distributed teams.- Certification in cloud or full stack development (AWS Certified Developer, Microsoft Certified, etc (ref:hirist.tech)
