Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing & Uploading Manager to lead our sales and marketing initiatives. The candidate should have a strong background in sales strategy, team leadership, and a good understanding of the e-commerce industry. This role requires the ability to drive growth, manage a team, and oversee product uploads and visibility on various online platforms.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to increase company sales
- Lead and manage the marketing and uploading team to meet performance goals
- Coordinate product listings, uploads, and updates on e-commerce platforms
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business goals
- Monitor and optimize online presence and product visibility
- Generate performance reports and take corrective action where needed

Eligibility Criteria:

- Minimum 45 years of experience in sales and marketing
- Proven experience in team handling and leadership
- Sound understanding of marketing strategies and their execution
- Knowledge of the e-commerce industry is essential
