As part of our Global IT expansion, we are seeking an experienced AI/ML Manager
with 8–12 years of professional experience to lead our Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning initiatives. The role requires a strong blend of
technical expertise, leadership, and business acumen
. The ideal candidate will guide teams in building and deploying scalable AI/ML solutions, establish best practices, and ensure delivery of impactful outcomes aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

AI/ML Strategy & Leadership

• Define and implement the
  AI/ML roadmap
  aligned with enterprise strategy.
• Evaluate and integrate
  emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and tools
  .
• Champion adoption of AI/ML across multiple business domains.

Solution Development & Deployment

• Lead design, development, and deployment of
  AI/ML models
  for real-world business problems (NLP, computer vision, recommendation systems, generative AI, forecasting, etc.).
• Oversee the
  end-to-end ML lifecycle
  – data preparation, feature engineering, training, validation, deployment, monitoring, and retraining.
• Ensure solutions are
  scalable, secure, and optimized for performance and cost
  .

Team Leadership & Mentoring

• Manage and mentor a team of
  data scientists, ML engineers, and analysts
  .
• Build team capability by driving
  training, certifications, and innovation projects
  .
• Foster collaboration across engineering, data, and business units.

Governance, Ethics & Compliance

• Establish
  MLOps practices
  for continuous integration and delivery of ML models.
• Ensure compliance with
  AI ethics, explainability, and data privacy regulations
  .
• Define KPIs and monitoring mechanisms to track AI model performance and impact.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Partner with business leaders to
  translate requirements into AI solutions
  .
• Present AI/ML outcomes in a
  clear, non-technical way
  to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with technology partners, startups, and academia for innovation.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Technical Expertise
• Strong experience with Python/R, SQL
  , and ML/DL libraries (
  TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Keras
  ).
• Experience with
  cloud AI/ML platforms
  – Azure ML, AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI.
• Knowledge of
  deep learning, NLP, computer vision, reinforcement learning, and generative AI
  .
• Familiarity with
  big data tools
  (Spark, Hadoop, Databricks) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of
  MLOps frameworks
  (MLflow, Kubeflow, Docker, Kubernetes, Git).
• Leadership & Business Skills
• Proven track record of managing AI/ML teams and delivering enterprise-grade solutions
  .
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and presentation skills.
• Ability to balance
  hands-on technical depth with strategic leadership
  .

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related field. Master's/Ph.D. preferred.
• 8–12 years of total experience, with
  5+ years in AI/ML development and delivery
  .
• At least
  3–5 years of people management experience
  in data/AI teams.
• Prior experience in deploying
  production-grade AI/ML solutions
  in enterprise settings.
