About the Role

We are looking for aSenior Architectwho thrives on complexity, scale, and originality. This is a role for someone who is not just a designer, but a design leader someone who can steer a project from a bold concept through to a built reality, while navigating the multi-dimensional demands of large-scale, one-of-a-kind developments.

This is a full-time position based in Gurugram, India, offering the opportunity to work on globally significant projects with a team that thrives on collaboration, curiosity, and uncompromising quality.

Responsibilities

- Lead design direction on high-impact projects from inception to completion, ensuring every stage meets the highest creative and technical benchmarks.
- Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams to deliver architectural solutions that are both innovative and commercially astute.
- Drive integration between concept, design development, and execution ensuring design integrity remains uncompromised through the build process.
- Champion originality and contextual relevance in all projects, pushing boundaries while remaining grounded in functional excellence.
- Mentor and inspire cross-disciplinary teams, fostering an environment of creative exploration and disciplined delivery.
- Maintain direct, transparent communication with all stakeholders, anticipating challenges and resolving them with precision.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) required; Master's degree preferred.
- Professional licensure in Architecture.
- 810+ years of proven experiencedelivering large-scale, high-profile projects from concept to execution.
- Demonstrated success in creating unique, contextually responsive, and award-worthy designs.
- Expertise in architectural design principles, software, and visualization tools, with fluency in BIM-based workflows is an added benefit.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate multi-stakeholder environments.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
