Requirements

Key Responsibilities

- Design and architect VoIP/SIP protocolbased systems with high availability and interoperability.

- Conduct root cause analysis and implement solutions for complex system issues.

- Lead and mentor a technical team of 10+ members, ensuring delivery excellence.

- Prepare and present technical documentation and executive-level presentations.

- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to develop and enhance video calling systems.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

- 8+ years of hands-on experience in VoIP/SIP protocol architecture and implementation.

- Proven expertise in system design and root cause analysis.

- Demonstrated leadership of 10+ person technical teams.

- Strong ability to produce technical documentation and executive presentations.

- Solid experience with video calling systems.

Nice-to-Have Skills

- Knowledge of WebRTC for interoperability.

- Experience in the VRS (Video Relay Service) industry.

- Familiarity with Sorenson products.

- Exposure to AWS infrastructure for scalable deployments.
