Job Description Milaap is India's leading crowdfunding platform, helping people raise funds for medical emergencies and social causes with trust, transparency, and compassion. We're looking for a Customer Success Manager to support existing campaign organisers and ensure they have a smooth, empathetic, and reliable experience on our platform. This role will also require you to work closely with the Digital Marketing team to help strengthen Milaap's brand and enhance the overall organiser experience. Key Responsibilities - Communicate regularly with existing campaign organisers to understand their fundraiser status and needs. - Identify challenges they are facing and provide clear, empathetic guidance to help them move forward. - Ensure organisers are fully supported with platform processes. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure swift resolution of organiser queries and escalations. - Contribute to strengthening Milaap's identity as a customer-centric brand by delivering an exceptional organiser experience. - Gather organiser feedback, understand their journey, and share meaningful insights with the Digital Marketing team to improve communication, brand perception, and platform experience. Who You Are - Someone with prior experience in client servicing, customer success, or relationship management. - Empathetic, patient, and able to engage with people dealing with sensitive personal situations. - A clear communicator who can explain processes simply and confidently. - Highly organised, proactive, and reliable with strong follow-up skills. - Comfortable managing multiple conversations and keeping track of ongoing cases. - Collaborative and able to work smoothly with cross-functional teams. - Committed to upholding Milaap's mission of supporting people during their most challenging moments.
