Job Description:

Candidate should have prior experience working as business analyst/consultant in Patient domain along with exposure in Patient Data management, Business Intelligence & Reporting solutions, IT based solution/project.

Responsibilities:

1. Business Analyst Activities:Have had extensive experience in working on Patient level datasets (IQVIA, Patient Support Services, Specialty Pharmacy, Liquid Hub/ Data Unveil, Optum/ DRG Claims, APLD, LAAD, Patient Hub etc.)
2. Hands on experience in analysing IMS data (patient insights, MIDAS) as well as syndicated reports and datasets (DRG, DataMonitor, Datavant, Evaluate Pharma, Kantar health etc.)
3. Exposure on SGDW (Sales force health cloud admin) and sales commercial master data sets such as customer (HCO/HCP/ Payer), Product, etc.
4. Have fair understanding of Patient data processing within HIPAA environment, such as Patient data aggregation, tokenization, etc.
5. Have had good client facing roles to cover business requirement discussions, business use case assessments, conduct requirement workshops/interviews
6. Strong experience in SQL to analyze data sets and perform data profiling/assessment
7. Able to Create Business requirements, define scope and objectives, functional specifications, develop business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution. Obtain sign-off from customers.
8. Facilitate UAT execution phase and work with project manager to obtain user acceptance test signoff.
9. Able to convert business requirements into functional design for development team

1. Capability Creation:Represent the practice as a Functional SME for data warehouse, reporting, and master data management projects across Pharma patient data sets.
2. Support Axtria's project and R&D teams with functional/domain knowledge
3. Able to create case studies/success stories of projects with functional/domain view
4. Assist in whitepapers, point-of-view, develop Go-to- market strategy for Patient domain offerings
5. Able to coach team members in Patient domain business & functional use cases

3. Good communication, power point/word/excel, and writing skills
4. Self-Driven for results - Able to take initiative and set priorities; pursue tasks tenaciously & with a need to finish. Able to overcome setbacks which may occur along the way
5. Customer Focus - Dedicated to meeting the expectations of internal and external clients
6. Experience in working on database query (SQL) or visualization tools (e.g., Tableau);
