Role OverviewWe are looking for a sharp, structured, and data-driven Business Analyst to join our fast-growing team. This role sits at the intersection of product, growth, and operations. You'll work closely with founders, product managers, engineers, and clients to turn business problems into clear, data-backed insights and help shape critical decisions across the company.
This is a high-impact, high-visibility role—perfect for someone who thrives in dynamic, startup environments and loves solving real business problems using data, logic, and strategy.
Key Responsibilities Data-Driven Insights & Reporting- Analyze product usage, customer behavior, and business performance to uncover insights and growth opportunities.
- Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track KPIs, funnel metrics, and business health.
- Work with internal stakeholders (product, tech, GTM) to gather, document, and structure business requirements.
- Translate high-level business objectives into user stories, functional flows, and performance metrics.
- Run competitive benchmarking, market intelligence, and internal audits to support strategic decision-making.
- Assist in designing business processes and automation workflows across product and operations.
- Work with growth and client success teams to identify conversion blockers, usage patterns, and churn signals.
- Help design experiments, track outcomes, and provide analytical recommendations for product and GTM optimization.
- Coordinate with product, engineering, and leadership to align analysis with business objectives.
- Act as the analytical bridge between customer feedback, market data, and internal roadmaps.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
- 1–3 years of experience in business analysis, strategy, consulting, or analytics roles (startup/SaaS experience is a big plus).
- Strong in Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker, Tableau).
- Comfortable with tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Airtable, etc.
- Bonus: Familiarity with Python for data analysis is a plus.
- Structured thinker with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication—able to translate data into clear, actionable insights.
