Overview As a Salesforce Experience Cloud Engineer you need to involve in designing and developing solutions on the Salesforce Experience Cloud platform This role required to work under the guidance of senior managers and delivery squad leads to customize and integrate Salesforce applications The role involves learning and applying best practices in coding testing and deployment You need to collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth project execution This position is ideal for those looking to grow their skills in Salesforce eco-system What will you do in this role Assist in Development Support the design and development of Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions under the guidance of senior managers Customization Help customize Experience Cloud templates components and page layouts to meet business requirements and enhance user experience Integration Support the integration of Experience Cloud with other Salesforce products and external systems using APIs and middleware Testing Participate in testing and debugging to ensure the quality and functionality of Salesforce solutions Documentation Create and maintain technical documentation including design specifications and user guides Technical Support Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce Experience Cloud issues Learning and Development Continuously learn and apply new Salesforce features and best practices Collaboration Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers product managers and business analysts Code Reviews Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices User Training Assist in training end-users on Salesforce Experience Cloud functionalities What should you have Bachelor s degree in computer science information systems or equivalent technical field from a recognized University or Institute 3 years of total IT experience with at least 2-3 years in Salesforce development Basic understanding of Salesforce Experience Cloud including site creation user management and community features Familiarity with Lightning components and Apex is preferred Hands-on experience with LWC and JavaScript Understanding of Salesforce Object Model Profiles Permission Sets and Record Types Basic knowledge of API integration concepts REST SOAP Familiarity with HTML CSS and Salesforce Lightning Design
