This is a position with grade 14 This position reports to Service Team Leader Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to coordinate and facilitate the development, implementation, and smooth onboarding of digital solutions. Each day, you will support the adoption of digital platform and solutions into the customer business environment along with their subsequent operations and maintenance. You will also showcase your skills by participating in the ideation workstreams from identifying and validating the needs to defining the development. The work model for the role is: #LI - Onsite This role is contributing to the Process Automation in Measurement & Analytics Division in India Region. You will be mainly accountable for: • Performs a variety of software engineering tasks including development, testing, DevOps, cybersecurity, and release management with minimal supervision. • Tests and identifies issues with final system setups, ensuring smooth rollouts through customer training and ongoing support. • Ensures timely and cost-effective software implementation by coordinating all necessary resources. • Contributes to product development by suggesting new features, improvements, and variants based on technical insights and customer needs. • Manages the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting services from both remote locations and on-site visits. • Executes service work to meet customer expectations, ensuring satisfaction and identifying potential sales opportunities during service visits. • Prepares accurate service documentation and follows safety and environmental standards, reporting any unsafe practices or incidents. Qualifications for the role - You are highly skilled in working with digital products such as RCM and GeniX, and enjoy engaging with the industrial automation and analytical instrumentation market. - You have 2–4 years of experience in the digital product and analytical field, including working with continuous gas analyzers and remote condition monitoring solutions. - Highly adept in digital technologies and platforms related to analytical instrumentation and industrial automation. - You are motivated by communication and customer engagement, and you are innovative around client relationship management and problem-solving. - Demonstrated experience with a B.E. degree in Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering. - You are skilled in communicating in English and experienced in handling both Indian and international customers.
