Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred. - Excellent written English communication skills with a good understanding of US culture and time zones. - Previous experience in chat support or customer service is an advantage. - Comfortable working night shifts aligned with US business hours. - Basic computer skills and familiarity with chat and CRM software. Skills and Competencies: - Strong typing speed and accuracy. - Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously. - Problem-solving skills and patience. - Positive attitude and customer-centric mindset. - Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
