Job Description Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Cloud Support Engineer to join our cloud team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting, troubleshooting, and maintaining cloud-based infrastructure. You will work closely with senior engineers and development teams to ensure stable and efficient cloud operations, providing support across AWS, Azure environments. Responsibilities Monitor cloud infrastructure and respond to alerts and incidents. Troubleshoot issues related to compute, storage, networking, and cloud services. Support and execute cloud deployment and maintenance tasks. Automate routine tasks using scripting and cloud-native automation tools. Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for internal and client-facing cloud environments. Collaborate with project teams during migrations and configuration rollouts. Ensure adherence to cloud security and compliance policies. Document operational procedures, incident resolutions, and knowledge base articles. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 6 months1 year of experience in a cloud support, IT infrastructure, or system administration role. Hands-on experience with one or more public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., CloudWatch, Azure Monitor). Basic knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell). Good understanding of cloud networking, storage, and access control. Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to problem solving. Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect Associate, Azure Administrator) preferred.
