LauTek is inviting motivated students who are currently pursuing college or university studies and are interested in being part of the end-to-end development of an upskilling platform from the ground up. We are in the early stages of building a learning platform designed to offer live online courses focused on real-world skills and career development. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work closely with our core team during the ideation and creation phase, gaining hands-on exposure to product development, marketing, branding, and content initiatives. While this position does not offer monetary compensation, it provides valuable real-world experience in a startup environment, helping you build practical skills and a strong foundation for your career. Key Responsibilities - Participate in daily brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas - Conduct research to support product development and strategic planning - Assist with marketing and sales initiatives - Support branding, content creation, and promotional activities - Contribute to the design and development of the platform - Coordinate with clients, partners, and other stakeholders as required - Take ownership of assigned tasks and demonstrate leadership across initiatives Requirements - Students pursuing B.Tech, MBA, or any other undergraduate or postgraduate program - An entrepreneurial mindset with creativity and a proactive attitude - Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam - Team player with the confidence to interact effectively with others - Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work independently when needed Internship Details - Duration: Minimum 3 months - Commitment: 1–2 hours per day (remote and flexible) - Compensation: This is an unpaid internship - Certification: An internship certificate will be awarded upon successful completion If you are passionate about education, innovation, and building meaningful products from scratch, this internship offers a valuable chance to gain real-world experience and be part of a growing learning ecosystem.
