Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Store Director to oversee the daily operations of our retail fashion store in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in retail management, a passion for fashion, excellent leadership skills, and a strong understanding of store operations. The Store Director will be responsible for driving sales, managing staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Delivering excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Motivating the sales team to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring staff.
- Ensuring the sales team maintains professionalism in appearance, punctuality, and conduct.
- Creating business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability.
- Hiring, training, and overseeing new staff.
- Responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
- Ensuring store compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Developing and arranging promotional material and in-store displays.
- Preparing detailed reports on buying trends, customer requirements, and profits.
- Managing store administration duties such as budgets and financial records.
- Monitoring inventory levels and placing timely orders.
- Preparing aging reports for the store.
- Handling client escalations before involving the Founder.
- Managing and analyzing walk-in data for the store.

Skills and Qualifications:

a) Minimum 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the fashion industry.

b) Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving results.

c) Strong leadership and team-building skills.

d) Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

e) Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
