SummaryThe incumbent will be responsible for handling of Process automation and upgradations Process Design and Optimization Develop and implement automation strategies to enhance production efficiency and quality Analyze existing processes to identify areas for improvement and automation Maintenance of injectable equipment and automation activities Project Management Lead automation projects from conception to completion ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate automation solutions Technical Support and Troubleshooting Provide technical support for automated systems and resolve any issues that arise Conduct regular maintenance and updates to ensure optimal performance of automation systems Compliance and Documentation Ensure all automation processes comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements Maintain detailed documentation of processes changes and improvements Training and Development Train staff on new automation technologies and processes Develop training materials and conduct workshops to enhance team skills Educational Background Bachelor s degree in Engineering Instrumentation or Electrical related field Experience Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in process automation preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting Technical Skills Proficiency in automation technologies and software e g PLC SCADA DCS Strong understanding of process control systems and instrumentation Calibration and automation expertise Handling of Automation projects and upgradations Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills Ability to analyze complex processes and develop effective automation solutions Strong troubleshooting skills to address technical issues promptly Communication and Interpersonal Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Regulatory Knowledge Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements related to process automation
